  • In relation with the Executive Office VP, structured the company’s project management strategy, deployed a customized SaaS ServiceNow solution (600k€ budget) and trained over 70 project managers in eight subsidiaries.
  • Created and managed the West Africa Project Management Office (PMO): 15 project managers, 30 projects.
  • Directed strategic projects in Ivory Coast and Senegal to ensure products and services availability (JVs for agroservices unit and blending unit, share acquisition in an e-agriplatform).
